job Title: Director of Business Operations

Contracting Responsibilities 

  • Manage NDAs, TAs, JVs, CTAs, Contracts
  • Maintain a historical and current database of contracts on Google Drive
  • Ensure company compliance with requirements as outlined by the contracts
  • Negotiate contracts with clients and customers
  • Serve as the SME on all Company contract matters
  • Verify legality of contracts and contract request with company lawyer
  • Verify invoices for payment for vendors as needed
  • Maintain GSA sales records and submit quarterly report to GSA
  • Ensure documentation is properly filed and C2C agreements are up to date
  • Maintain terms of Joint Venture Agreements

Business Development Operations

  • Supports all proposals and RFI efforts as required including but not limited to: proposal coordination, development of compliance matrix’s, development of proposal schedules, writing, etc.
  • Conduct research as required on opportunities/RFIs in-order to support bid/no-bid decisions and capture efforts.
  • Manage and maintain the Opportunity tracker
  • Initiate Non-Disclosure Agreements and Teaming Agreements when directed
  • Identify new opportunities and relevant RFI’s by closely monitoring and managing search engine tools including FBO, GovWin, and APFS. 
  • Ensure all appropriate documents i.e. past-performances, proposals, RFIs etc are managed in the Company repository in an organized fashion in order to facilitate quick-turn write-ups for proposal, RFIs etc.  
  • Maintain Industry memberships (IAC, G2X, GovWin, AFCEA etc)

Pricing Support

  • Support pricing efforts by participating in pricing strategy discussions etc

  • Support pricing efforts on proposals as required

Key Skills required

  • Strong MS Word and Excel skills
  • Fundamentally sound business development skills including a good understanding of the capture process, proposal process etc.
  • Mid-level understanding of Government Contracting
  • Be capable of working independently and multi-tasking
  • Present a professional appearance to internal and external clients

Learn more about our internship program that nurtures and trains the next generation of IT leaders. 

NiyamIT Intern Program provides an opportunity to gain first-hand experience and receive valuable on-the-job training.

We foster growth and learning with entry-level positions for talented people new to the IT industry with our internship program. Our internship positions cover all of our core markets and competencies, from application development, quality assurance, business analysis, and IT project management to infrastructure support including network configuration and management, virtual infrastructure, storage management and more. Our esteemed IBM business partner status opens up exclusive training paths and professional courses leading to much sought after IBM certifications.

The NiyamIT Intern Program includes:

Requirements:

  • Pursuing an IT-related undergraduate or graduate degree with a preferred overall GPA of 3.2 or higher

  • Suggested majors include computer science, computer science and electrical engineering, information technology, mathematics with a minor in information technology, management information systems and telecommunications.
