Realized a 35% reduction in O&M costs and reduced testing time from 3800 manual hours to 24 hours using automated testing technologies.    Implemented FEMA’s Flood Map Distribution Center (MSC) providing a one-stop shop for flood map data with high speed search for all flood map artifacts of the entire United States. 5x increase for MSC website usage.
